Smash Lab: Mythbusters for Idiots
Wednesday featured a new Mythbusters. James Bond myths. Kari made for a neat Bond chick. Right now, I’m watching Fight Quest, and it’s probably my new favorite show. Unlike the History Channel equivalent, these hosts and their fight hosts go full-force in their training and fights. I will be surprised if this show lasts a full season. Just a minute ago, Doug is getting his ass handed to him in a mini Kumite, and the instructor is whipping him in the back with a shinai, yelling, “Attack!” Glorious. While I love this new Discovery Channel show, I immensely dislike Smash Lab. It’s Mythbusters without the science or personality. I love how they have ‘one of each.’ A hot girl, guy with glasses, and a quirky guy. It’s just terrible.
